Cinelli Tutto Plus Frameset — the steel city frame you build your way

The Tutto Plus frameset is the foundation of Cinelli's most versatile city bike, offered on its own for riders who prefer to choose every part. Double-butted Columbus Cromor steel gives it the lively, forgiving ride that steel is known for, finished in the Mutant Silver paint that carries the Bootleg spirit.

Track-style dropouts with a rear derailleur hanger let you build it fixed, singlespeed or geared. Clearance for 45 mm tyres, full mudguard eyelets, a front rack mount and a front light hole make it just as ready for a minimalist fixie as for a fully equipped daily commuter.

Which size should I choose?
The frameset comes in S (52), M (54), L (56) and XL (59). Send us your height and inseam, or visit L'Hirondelle Bike Shop in Meppel, and we will recommend the right size.

Can I use a standard fixed gear rear wheel?
Only if its hub is spaced at 130 mm. The rear end is 130 mm, so the 120 mm track hubs found on many fixed gear wheels will not fit.

Can I build it with gears?
Yes. The rear derailleur hanger and the 28.6 mm front derailleur clamp size let you build it with a derailleur drivetrain, as well as fixed or singlespeed.

Which brakes does it take?
V-brakes front and rear. The pivots are removable, so a brakeless fixed gear build stays clean.

Can you build it up for me?
