Cinelli Tutto Plus — the Milanese steel city bike that does it all

Born from more than eight years of Cinelli's Bootleg urban line, the Tutto Plus is one bike for every kind of city riding: fast commutes, alleycats and all-weather errands. Double-butted Columbus Cromor steel gives a lively, comfortable ride over cobbles and broken tarmac, while the segmented, vintage MTB-style fork adds stiffness and character.

It is delivered as a clean singlespeed with both an 18T freewheel and an 18T fixed cog, so you can switch to fixed gear whenever you like. Clearance for 700×45c tyres, mudguard and front-rack eyelets and rear derailleur mounts let it grow with you, from minimalist fixie to fully equipped daily commuter.

• Mutant Silver: black with a silver splatter finish and neon-yellow Cinelli graphics, inspired by the Bootleg heritage. Sizes S to XL.
• Crystal Blue: available in size S.

FAQ

Is it a fixie or a singlespeed?
Both. The bike comes with an 18T freewheel and an 18T fixed cog. Our workshop at L'Hirondelle Bike Shop in Meppel can set it up the way you prefer before delivery.

Which size should I choose?
The size refers to the seat tube length (S 52, M 54, L 56, XL 59). Send us your height and inseam, or visit us in Meppel, and we will recommend the right frame.

Can I fit mudguards and a rack?
Yes. The frame and fork have full mudguard eyelets and the fork has front rack mounts, ideal for commuting in all weather.

Can I add gears later?
Yes. The frame has a rear derailleur hanger and accepts a 28.6 mm clamp-on front derailleur, so it can be converted to a geared city or gravel bike.

How wide can the tyres be?
The frame clears tyres up to 700×45c. It is delivered with 35 mm Kenda Kwick-Trax tyres, a good balance between speed and comfort on city streets.
