Steering stabilizer Vélo Orange is specially designed for fit the bikes with a central crutch or a front rack.
It's a spring connecting the fork to the diagonal tube. It prevents the front wheel from turning when the bike is stationary.
This facilitates the loading and unloading of a bike with a basket or luggage rack and especially prevents the bike from tipping !
He's going up to'back of fork drill via a brake bolt or through a bolt.
