The Restrap brand comes straight from Yorkshire in England. Restrap has created a line of innovative and well thought out luggage products. It is 100% handmade in Yorkshire with a maximum of 100% recycled products.
After spending a lot of time looking for the bag online, I came across one at L'hirondelle. The bag was better than I expected with the updated internal flaps with buckle. The base (with the magnets) is still the old one, it could have been firmer, but it still works great. Overall it gives the Rando Look I was out after, and the map sleeve on top is just perfect for adventures in areas with poor cellphone coverage and multi-day outings when saving battery is essential. Having a physical map helps a lot!
I need to mention the 5-star customer service at Hirondelle Netherlands - thank you so much! I'm surprised Restrap discontinued this product, but hurry - you can still find it in selected shops! The bag adds practicality and a no-nonsense usefulness to anytype of cycling I do, urban, road, gravel alike.
