PNA raised and adjustable aluminum bicycle stem for 31.8 mm handlebars

The enhanced and adjustable P&A aluminum gallows for hanger 31.8 mm allows you to change the angle of the hanger (stick) and find an ideal position and more comfortable on his bike.
It allows to straighten the hanger and thus obtain straighter driving.
