Cinelli Tutto Mini — a compact steel city bike on 20-inch wheels

The Tutto Mini takes the spirit of Cinelli's Bootleg urban line and shrinks the wheels, not the rider. Built for adults on 20-inch wheels, it accelerates instantly, threads through traffic with ease and fits where a full-size bike will not: a train vestibule, a car boot or a narrow hallway.

Underneath the playful proportions sits a serious frame. Columbus Cromor steel, a vintage MTB-style segmented fork, disc brakes front and rear and adjustable sliding dropouts mean it can run singlespeed, fixed, geared or belt-driven, and 19 mounting points turn it into a compact touring or cargo rig when the weekend calls.

Is the Tutto Mini a children's bike?
No. Despite its 20-inch wheels it is designed for adults, with a full-size cockpit, a 170 mm crankset and a 48/16 gear that moves quickly through the city.

Which size should I choose?
It comes in S (36) and L (42). Send us your height and inseam, or try both at L'Hirondelle Bike Shop in Meppel, and we will recommend the right frame.

Can I ride it fixed gear or add gears?
Yes. The adjustable sliding dropouts accept singlespeed, fixed gear, derailleur or belt-drive setups. Our Meppel workshop can convert it for you.

Is it easy to take on the train?
That is one of its strengths. The 20-inch wheels and the quick-release seatpost keep it compact, so it fits in train vestibules, car boots and small apartments.

Can I fit racks and bags?
Yes. With 19 mounting points the Tutto Mini accepts front and rear racks, bottle cages and bikepacking bags, and the frame clears tyres up to 20×2.5".
