It's a simple suspended cable stop which is attached to the steering tube between the gallows and the upper bearing of the steering gear.
It is intended for the use of front brakes with central traction cantilever guy.
Three diameters are available to operate with threaded or threaded steering gear.
Version 7/8" is fixed to the bottom of the diver gallows and version 1" can be attached to 1" or 1" diver gallows without thread.
