Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, the following conditions apply.
General return conditions
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a product. Items must be returned undamaged, complete and clean, in their original packaging. Items that are incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

How to return
- Make sure the items are unused and in their original packaging.
- Pack your return carefully so it arrives in perfect condition.
- Include a note with your name and order number.
- Send the package to the return address above (return shipping costs are at your expense).
For bikes or large items, please contact us first so we can find the best return solution together.
Refunds
Once we receive and verify your return, we will process the refund within 15 days via your original payment method. If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
