Our bikes arrive largely pre-assembled to make setup as simple as possible. In most cases, only a few components such as the pedals or handlebars need to be installed.

We work with specialised bike and oversized parcel carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Yes. Our open workshop handles repairs, servicing and custom builds, and we offer professional bike fitting with Jan Glorie of Glorie Bike Lab.

Yes. Our bikes require only minimal assembly before your first ride.

Yes. We recommend fully charging the battery before using your electric bike for the first time.

Yes. Most bike workshops can service our models. We also remain available if you need assistance.

All bikes include the legal warranty applicable in your country as well as the manufacturer warranties.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component issues under normal use conditions.

Our team assists you with diagnostics, spare parts and communication with manufacturers whenever necessary.

Range depends on the model, assistance level, terrain, rider weight and weather conditions. Most premium electric bikes offer comfortable range for daily urban commuting.

Yes. Electric components are designed to withstand normal riding conditions including rain. We do recommend avoiding high pressure cleaning.

Belt drives are cleaner, quieter and require less maintenance than traditional chains. They are especially appreciated on premium urban bikes.
