Delivery times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. Deliveries take place on business days.
If a product is out of stock, the estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page. If no delivery time is shown or the product is unavailable, please contact us for more information.
Please note: we dispatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. As a small family business, we do our best to process every order with care. Occasionally something may go wrong — but we are solution-oriented and respond quickly.

We reuse and recycle boxes and packaging materials as much as possible. Packaging may not always look brand new, but every product is carefully and securely packed. Don't be surprised if your order arrives in a HelloFresh box or a TV carton — it's all part of our commitment to sustainability.
