Revised in 2023 helmet bike Bern Macon 2.0 is equipped with a micrometric occipital setting per cracked wheel.

The Macon 2.0 2023 is built around a external ABS hull and ePS internal rigid foam calotin.

At the ventilation level, you can count on 12 wide openings.
One winter kit is available as an accessory for rolling all year round and ski comfortably.
Finally, the Bern Macon 2.0 2023 is available with optional MIPS membrane for a little more safety in the event of an accident.

What is the MIPS system?
This technology is the result of extensive studies carried out in Sweden by the company of the same name. The principle of their brain protection system is to imitate and play the role of the cerebrospinal fluid in which our brain is immersed.
The MIPS system is in fact an additional protection added to the helmets, it is a system that allows you to dissolve your skull from the helmet shell allowing a movement of your head in case of impact.
In a crash, the MIPS system will absorb the energy of impact by dragging the skull along the hull. Rotational forces will be better dissipated and the brain will not tap against the skull box, thus being better protected against oblique impacts. Video illustration:
